Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to this website and to the Fatorly e-invoicing service. Please read them together with our Privacy, Refund and Cancellation, and Service Delivery policies.

1. Who we are
Fatorly is owned and operated by Hamwi Computer Software L.L.C ("Fatorly", "we", "us"), Office 1151, Ibn Battuta Gate Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai trade licence 972162, TRN 100430276400003.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, creating a Fatorly account or paying for a Fatorly plan, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent, and you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Where your business has signed a written service agreement or order form with us, that document applies together with these terms and prevails on the matters it covers. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to every payment.
3. The service
Fatorly is a cloud software service for issuing, validating, sending, receiving and archiving e-invoices over the Peppol network in the United Arab Emirates, with ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia. It is delivered online. Nothing is shipped. How and when the service is made available is described in our Service Delivery Policy.
4. Your account
- Give us accurate company, tax registration and contact details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out by the users you create.
- You are responsible for the content of the invoices you issue, including amounts, tax treatment and buyer details.
5. Prices, billing and renewal
- Prices are given to you in writing in UAE dirhams (AED) before you buy. VAT is added where it applies.
- Card payments are processed by Tap Payments. Card details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by Fatorly.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for a monthly or annual term and renew automatically for the same term until cancelled.
- A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and the service remains available until then. All fees are non-refundable once paid, including partial periods and unused time, except for duplicate charges or billing errors and any statutory rights under UAE law. 7. Acceptable use
You may not use Fatorly to issue false or fraudulent invoices, to break any law, to interfere with the service or the Peppol network, or to try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend access that puts the service, the network or other customers at risk.
8. Your data
Your invoices and business data remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, and they are hosted in UAE data centres. You can export them at any time while your subscription is active. After your subscription ends we keep e-invoicing records only for as long as UAE tax law requires. See our Privacy and cookies page for how this website handles personal details.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Fatorly available at all times, but planned maintenance and events outside our control can interrupt it. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, on every paid plan. Any service level agreed in a signed agreement applies as written there.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if fees are not paid when due or if these terms are seriously breached. We will give notice by email first, except where immediate action is needed to protect the service or to comply with the law.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. Changes do not apply to a paid term that has already started unless you agree.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
