Service Delivery Policy.
Fatorly is software delivered online. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.

1. How the service is delivered
You use Fatorly in a web browser at app.fatorly.com, through a connection to your accounting system, or through our API. You need an internet connection and a supported browser. No software is posted or installed from a disc.
2. Account activation
- After your payment is confirmed, or your order form is signed, we activate your account and email the login details to the administrator you named, within one business day.
- A tax invoice for the payment is sent to your billing email.
- Your Peppol and FTA registration is handled by our team after activation.
3. Onboarding and integrations
You can issue invoices from the portal or from an Excel upload as soon as your account is active. Cloud accounting systems connect in minutes once set up. An ERP integration usually takes two to six weeks, and its timeline is agreed with you in writing before work starts.
4. Support
Support is provided by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, on every paid plan, in Arabic and English.
5. If you have not received access
If your login details have not arrived within one business day of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us with your payment reference. We will resolve it the same business day where possible.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short, you can cancel at any time, the service continues until the end of your paid term, and fees already paid are not refunded.
