Microsoft Dynamics 365

E-invoicing from inside Dynamics 365. Business Central and Finance & Operations.

Your finance team keeps posting invoices the way it does today. Fatorly takes each posted document out of Dynamics 365, checks it against the PINT AE rules, sends it over the UAE Peppol network, and writes the status back on the document.

Both products

We do not ask which Dynamics 365 you run before we say yes.

Our own engineers built and maintain the Business Central extension and the Finance & Operations connector. Both have been in production against ZATCA in Saudi Arabia since 2022, and that solution is listed on Microsoft AppSource.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Dynamics 365 Business Central

An extension inside the system

We install it once into your environment. Your team posts the sales invoice and nothing else. Inbound documents wait inside Business Central as purchase invoices, and self-billing is supported.

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

A connector for your legal entities

We deploy it once into your environment and map it to each legal entity, each with its own tax registration and its own numbering. Your posting profiles and number sequences stay as they are.

Inside Dynamics 365

Four things happen. Your team does the first one.

  1. 1

    You post the invoice

A sales invoice, a credit note or a debit note, posted exactly as you post it today. No new screen and no extra step.

  2. 2

    We convert and validate it

The document becomes PINT AE and runs through the official rules before it leaves. If something fails, it comes back named by field, with the fix.

  3. 3

    It travels over Peppol

Signed and sent through our own Access Point in the UAE to your customer's provider, with the tax data reported to the Federal Tax Authority.

  4. 4

    The status comes back

Sent, delivered, acknowledged or rejected, written on the posted document in Dynamics 365 with the time of each step.

For the finance team

Everything stays where your accountants already look.

The status sits on the document

Open the posted sales invoice and you see where it stands. Nobody opens a second system to answer a customer who says the invoice never arrived.

Errors named by field

A customer without a tax registration number, an item without a tax category: the warning appears on the document before anything leaves, with the correction next to it.

Supplier invoices arrive as bills

What your suppliers send reaches Dynamics 365 as a purchase document with the vendor matched. Your payables team reviews and posts instead of typing.

Corrections keep their reference

A credit note or a debit note points back to the invoice it corrects, as the rules require, and follows the same path with the same visible status.

Several companies, one view

If your group runs more than one company, finance follows them all from one dashboard, and each person sees only the companies you grant.

Arabic and English, one record

The platform and the invoice layout read correctly in both languages, so the document your customer opens is the one your accountant posted.

For the IT manager

One install, and we do not reopen your ERP project.

Installed once per environment

One extension for Business Central, one connector for Finance & Operations. Install it once and every company inside that environment is covered.

Posting routines do not change

We add fields and events around posting. We do not replace your posting logic, your number series or the customisations you paid for.

Cloud or on-premise

Business Central online and on-premise are both supported. For on-premise we agree in the scoping call how your environment reaches our Access Point.

Multi-company by design

Every company in the environment gets its own tax registration, its own numbering and its own archive, from a single setup.

Sandbox before production

We install in your sandbox and run your own documents through the Peppol test network until every one passes. Production comes after that, not before.

Rule changes are our job

When the Federal Tax Authority changes a rule or Microsoft ships a new version, we update the extension under the yearly maintenance.

Questions from Dynamics 365 teams

Straight answers.

Does this work on Business Central on-premise, or only online?

Both. The extension runs on Business Central online and on-premise. On-premise, the only extra question is how your environment reaches our Access Point, and we settle that in the scoping call before any price is written.

We run several companies in one tenant. Do we install the extension for each of them?

No. You install it once per environment. Each company is then registered on the network under its own tax registration number, with its own numbering, and they all share one Fatorly account. The page for groups of companies explains how that account is put together.

Do credit notes and debit notes go out the same way?

Yes. A corrective document carries the reference to the original invoice, as the rules require, and travels the same path. Its status appears on the posted document like any other.

Can we test with our own documents before we go live?

Yes, and we insist on it. We install in your sandbox, take your real invoices, and push them through the Peppol test network until every one of them passes. Only then do we switch your production environment on.

Who installs the extension, you or our Dynamics 365 partner?

Whichever you prefer. Our team installs and configures it in a short session, and we are used to working alongside the partner who supports your environment. If your partner would rather do it, we hand over the package, the setup guide and a test plan, and we stay on the call.

Some of our companies do not run Dynamics 365. What happens to them?

They join the same account. Each other system is integrated on its own, and any company without a system issues from the portal or uploads from Excel. The integrations page lists what we connect to today.
