Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Fatorly is a subscription service. You can cancel at any time and keep full use of the service until the end of the term you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Effective date: 30 September 2026
1. Who this policy covers
Fatorly is a cloud e-invoicing service owned and operated by Hamwi Computer Software L.L.C ("Fatorly", "we", "us"). This policy applies to every payment made for Fatorly, including subscription fees, onboarding and setup fees, integration fees and add-ons, whether paid by card online or against an invoice. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. The free plan involves no payment and can be closed at any time.
2. All fees are non-refundable
Once paid, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, onboarding and setup fees, and add-on fees. In particular:
- No refund is given for a partial period or for unused time, including when you cancel part way through a monthly or annual term.
- No pro-rata refunds or credits are given.
- No refund is given for a downgrade to a smaller plan, for an unused document allowance, or for not using the service.
3. Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel at any time, from your Fatorly account or by written notice to our billing team at the email address below.
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal. It takes effect at the end of your current paid term, whether monthly or annual.
- Until that date the service stays fully available to you. After that date you are not charged again.
- To avoid the next renewal, cancel before your renewal date. We confirm every cancellation by email.
4. The only exceptions
- Duplicate charges and billing errors. If you are charged twice, or charged an amount that is wrong because of an error by Fatorly or by our payment gateway, Tap Payments, we will correct it and refund the incorrect amount.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy excludes any right you have under the laws of the United Arab Emirates that cannot be excluded by agreement.
To report a billing error, email our billing team with your invoice number, the date and amount of the charge and the last four digits of the card used. We review every request within 5 business days and reply in writing. If a refund is approved, we issue it to the original card; it normally appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
5. How refunds are paid
Where a refund is approved under section 4, it is paid only to the original payment method, and for card payments only to the card used for the original transaction. We do not refund in cash, and we do not transfer refunds to another card or account.
6. Your data after cancellation
You can export your invoices and data at any time until the end of your paid term, and we recommend you do so before it ends. After the term ends your access closes. We keep e-invoicing records only for as long as UAE tax law requires, and then delete them.
7. Payments
Payments are charged in UAE dirhams (AED) and processed by Tap Payments, a licensed payment gateway. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure payment page and are handled by the gateway. Fatorly does not receive or store your full card number.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact our billing team before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly. If a chargeback is raised, we will provide the relevant billing records to the card issuer.
9. Contact and governing law
Billing and cancellation requests go to Hamwi Computer Software L.L.C, the legal entity that owns and operates Fatorly. Dubai trade licence 972162, TRN 100430276400003.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. The version in force on the date of a payment applies to that payment.
